Platform Operation Specialist Mission Mission Monitor the E-Invoice platform performance and stability to ensure the business continuity with speed and high quality. Monitor the daily business operation, tracker the issue until the resolution within business priority. Use data to present the platform performance and business operations, capture the opportunities from the data and can drive the CAPA (corrective and predicative actions) and root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. Analysis invoice upstream and downstream process, use problem solving professionality to propose the simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager. Who are we looking for? Bachelor or comparable educational background in accounting or IT. Have basic IT infrastructure knowledge, including server, network, security. Understand IT ITIL system knowledge with service request, incidents and change request processes. ServiceNow experience is a plus. SAP system knowledge required, familiar with master data and understand the order to cash process. (please prepare one slide to share your understanding if you are selected for interview) Project management experience preferred. Data analytics skills preferred.
