南京大學(xué)綠色化學(xué)與工程研究院2024年度招聘準(zhǔn)聘長聘教師公告

一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)綠色化學(xué)與工程研究院面向國家綠色低碳可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重大需求,圍繞綠色化工、新能源化工、智能化工等方向,開展高水平、前瞻性應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān),著力在綠色催化合成、清潔能源存儲與轉(zhuǎn)換材料和器件、人工智能輔助化工技術(shù)等方面進(jìn)行研究和開發(fā)。研究院建設(shè)有“化學(xué)”、“化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)”兩個“雙一流”學(xué)科以及兩個一級學(xué)科博士點,是首批入選國家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科,并在2021年再次入選“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科。研究院建設(shè)了配位化學(xué)國家重點實驗室、生命分析化學(xué)國家重點實驗室、介觀化學(xué)教育部重點實驗室、高性能高分子材料與技術(shù)教育部重點實驗室(B類)、江蘇省先進(jìn)有機材料重點實驗室等多個國家和省部級科研平臺,以及多個校地共建的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺。化工學(xué)科各方向承擔(dān)及完成近500項國家、省部級及企業(yè)應(yīng)用項目,在面向工業(yè)節(jié)能減排的微界面?zhèn)髻|(zhì)強化反應(yīng)技術(shù)、塔器分離新技術(shù)、新型儲能材料和二次電池等領(lǐng)域取得了一系列先進(jìn)成果,多次獲得國家、省部級科技獎勵。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)綠色化學(xué)與工程研究院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準(zhǔn)聘助理教授和準(zhǔn)聘副教授為主,崗位總數(shù)原則上不超過若干個;特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括:

1. 綠色化工:具有化學(xué)工程、工業(yè)催化、化學(xué)反應(yīng)與分離、過程強化與集成、精細(xì)化工等學(xué)科方向背景。

2. 新能源化工:具有可再生能源、新能源材料、化學(xué)電源、電池器件、清潔能源轉(zhuǎn)化與催化、“碳中和、碳減排”等學(xué)科方向背景。

3. 智能化工:具有化工大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能、化工過程自動化、智能化、微型化、流動連續(xù)化等學(xué)科方向背景。

三、申請條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī),熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè);

2.具有良好的師德師風(fēng),恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德,勤勉工作,無犯罪記錄,無違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄;

3.一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景:具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位,具有一流教學(xué)科研機構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授要求(博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究兩年以上);準(zhǔn)聘副教授要求(博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上);

4.出色的教學(xué)能力:應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力,掌握良好的教學(xué)方法,具有較強的語言表達(dá)能力;

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度,對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點,未來研究計劃思路清晰,具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

I. Introduction to the Institute

The Institute of Green  Chemistry and Engineering of Nanjing University meets the important needs of China's green, low-carbon and sustainable development, focusing on the directions of green chemical engineering, clean energy chemical engineering, and intelligent chemical engineering. We carry out high-level and cutting-edge application fundamental and key technology research, aiming in the research and development of green catalysis and synthesis, clean energy storage and conversion materials and devices, and artificial intelligence assisted chemical engineering technologies. The institute has two national "double first-class" disciplines, "Chemistry" and "Chemical Engineering and Technology", and two first-class doctoral disciplines, which were selected as the first batch of national "double first-class" construction disciplines, and again in 2021. The Institute has built a number of research platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, the State Key Laboratory of Life Analytical Chemistry, the MOE Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry, the MOE Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polymer Materials and Technology, and the Key Laboratory of Advanced Organic Materials of Jiangsu Province, as well as a number of university-local joint scientific and technological achievements transformation platforms. The Institute has undertaken or completed about 500 national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise application projects, and has made a series of advanced reserch achievements in the fields of industrial energy conservation and emission reduction, micro-interface mass-transfer enhanced reaction technology, reaction tower separation technology, novel energy storage materials and secondary batteries, and has won national and provincial science and technology awards for many times.

II. The Positions

The Institute of Green Chemistry and Engineering of Nanjing University plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Chemical Engineering. The Institute has several tenure-track associate and assistant professor positions open for application. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

1. Green Chemical Engineering: With background in chemical engineering, industrial catalysis, chemical reaction and separation, process strengthening and integration, fine chemical engineering, etc.

2. Clean Energy Chemical Engineering: With background in renewable energy, new energy materials, chemical power sources, batteries & cells, clean energy conversion and catalysis, "carbon neutrality and carbon emission reduction" related process, etc.

3. Intelligent Chemical Engineering: With background in big data and artificial intelligence for chemical engineering, automation/intellectualization/miniaturization/flow-continuum for chemical process, etc.

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1. abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2. abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;3. have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

4. have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.IV.
