南京大學大氣科學學院2023年度準聘長聘教師崗位招聘公告

一、學院介紹
南京大學大氣科學學科成立于1924年，是中國高校中歷史最為悠久的大氣科學專業(yè)，為國家重點學科、國家“雙一流”建設學科，在歷次學科評估及各類學科排名中均名列前茅。學院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，包括中國科學院院士3名和約30位國家級高層次人才。
學院面向國際科學前沿和服務國家重大需求，積極開展高水平科學研究和一流人才培養(yǎng)。擁有中尺度災害性天氣教育部重點實驗室、大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學教育部國際合作聯(lián)合實驗室、江蘇省氣候變化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、中國氣象局-南京大學氣候預測研究聯(lián)合實驗室、江蘇南京長三角大氣過程與環(huán)境變化國家野外科學觀測研究站等科研平臺，與國際一流高校和科研機構(gòu)建立了長期的交流合作關(guān)系，具有較大的國際影響力。
二、招聘崗位設置
南京大學大氣科學學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事大氣科學領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘準聘助理教授、準聘副教授總數(shù)不超過3名，特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。研究方向包括：
1.邊界層與城市氣象
2.溫室氣體觀測與模擬
3.云物理和輻射
4.氣候動力學與氣候系統(tǒng)
5.大氣與地球系統(tǒng)模式研發(fā)
6.氣候變化影響及應對
7.災害性天氣動力、熱力及物理過程
8.人工智能與氣象大數(shù)據(jù)
三、應聘條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學科研事業(yè)；
2.具有良好的師德師風，恪守學術(shù)道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風和學術(shù)道德懲處記錄；
3.一流的學術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學科領(lǐng)域的博士學位，具有一流教學科研機構(gòu)的學習、工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中準聘副教授和準聘助理教授分別要求博士畢業(yè)從事學術(shù)研究4年以上和2年以上；
4.出色的教學能力：應具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；
5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ涸谙嚓P(guān)研究方向有較為系統(tǒng)的研究積累和具有一定國際影響的創(chuàng)新性研究成果，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術(shù)潛力。

I.AbouttheInstitute
TheatmosphericscienceprogramatNanjingUniversity,foundedin1924,isoneoftheearliestatmosphericsciencesdisciplinesestablishedinChina.MeteorologyandatmosphericsciencesinSASarethenationalkeydisciplineandthenationaldoublefirst-classdisciplinerespectively,andSAShasrankedamongthebestChinesemeteorologydepartmentsinvariousdisciplineassessmentsandrankings.Atpresent,theschoolhasahigh-levelresearchteam,including3academiciansoftheChineseAcademyofSciences,andabout30winnersofvariousnational-leveltalentprograms.
SASfocusesoninternationalscientificfrontiersandservesgrandnationalneeds,andhasactivelyengagedinhigh-levelscientificresearchandtop-notchtalentscultivation.ItishometotheKeyLaboratoryforMesoscaleSevereWeatherofMinistryofEducation(LMSWE),theJointInternationalResearchLaboratoryofAtmosphericandEarthSystemSciences(JirLATEST),theJiangsuProvincialCollaborativeInnovationCenterforClimateChange,CMA-NJUJointLaboratoryforClimatePredictionStudies,andtheStationforObservingRegionalProcessesoftheEarthSystem(SORPES).SAShasestablishedlong-termpartnershipswithworld-classuniversitiesandinstitutes,andhasenjoyedinternationalreputation.
II.DescriptionofOpenings
TheSchoolofAtmosphericSciencesatNanjingUniversitynowhasseveral(upto3)tenure-trackassociate/assistantprofessorpositionsopen.Areasofspecificinterestsinclude:

III.ConditionsforApplication
(1)CompliancewithlawandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,devotedtoteachingandresearch.
(2)Goodprofessionalethics,nocriminalrecord,andnorecordofviolatingteachingethicsandacademicethics.
(3)Ph.D.inAtmosphericSciencesorrelateddisciplines,withstudyandworkingexperienceinfirst-classresearchinstitutionswithatrackrecordofacademicexcellence.Fortenure-trackassistantprofessors,atleasttwoyearsofresearchexperiencesafterPhDgraduation;fortenure-trackassociateprofessors,atleastfouryearsofresearchexperiencesafterPhDgraduation.
(4)Excellentteachingabilities,competentinthecorebasiccoursesandcutting-edgingcourses,masteringgoodteachingmethods,andstrongoralcommunicationskills.
