職位描述：
job responsibilities:
1. responsible for purchasing system data accuracy and integrity, and maintain database of supply chain management system. 負(fù)責(zé)采購系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性和完整性，維護供應(yīng)鏈管理數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)。
2. monitor and control the cost, perform cost analysis and planning for purchased products and service. 監(jiān)控成本，對采購產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進行成本分析和規(guī)劃。
3. cooperate with departments to develop and qualify new competitive supply sources, to perform the evaluation of supplier management and evaluation, and the continuous improvement of supplier performance. 配合各部門開發(fā)和認(rèn)證新的具有競爭力的供應(yīng)來源，完成供應(yīng)商管理及績效評估，以及供應(yīng)商績效的持續(xù)改善。
4. participate in quality management and problem solving of in-coming products. 參與質(zhì)量管理并處理產(chǎn)品進貨質(zhì)量問題。
5. periodically audit the inventory control procedures and records of purchased products of departments. 定期審核各部門所購產(chǎn)品的庫存控制程序及記錄。
6. participate in periodic on-site survey on the capacity and product quality of suppliers. 參與定期現(xiàn)場考察供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)能力及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
requirements:
1. bachelor or above. 學(xué)士或以上。
2. 5 or above years purchasing and sourcing experience of electronic components.五年及以上電子元器件的采購和尋源工作經(jīng)驗。
3. familiar with supply chain management and it tools. 熟悉供應(yīng)鏈管理知識及it工具。
4. familiar with semi-conduction industry related materials, equipment and components, as well as purchasing channel of popular brands of electronic components. 熟悉半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)相關(guān)物料、設(shè)備及元器件，以及各大電子元器件品牌的采購渠道。
5. good command of both written and spoken english. 有較好的英語說寫能力。
6. strong communication and learning skills, integrity, responsible, with team work spirit. 溝通及學(xué)習(xí)能力強，正直誠信，有責(zé)任心，有團隊合作精神。 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進行招標(biāo)采購類信息查詢
