職責描述:
the candidate will take part in it project for implementing erp solution. he/she will be involved in all stages of the project and will keep maintain the system and provide support after going live. this position requires proven experience with administrating erp systems as well as relevant technical skills for implementing complex erp solution.
本職工作:
take part in oracle erp implementation project - place recommendations and inputs.
analyze system users’ concerns, requirements, and requests for system features and uses; identify and make recommendations regarding applications, modifications, and enhancements to existing systems to accommodate user needs.
take an integral part in the technical realization of the chosen erp solution, including system setup, configurations, testing, integrations, data migration, etc.
work as an integral player with other project members and implement consultant.
assist and provide support to erp system users, and work between company and implement consultant regarding erp modules, planning, manufacturing, financial, assets, budget, procurement, and others.
document all technical processes, requirements, flows, diagrams and user guides.
train team members, key users and end users; share best practices and work processes.
follow the project timeframe to present workshops with new modules, features, and enhancements; provide one-on-one training as needed.
meet deadline for go-live with the system according to project timeframes.
support and maintain the system after go-live.
troubleshoots and resolves any erp related hardware, software, user access or other problems.

required qualification: b.sc. in computer engineering, industrial management, or a related technical discipline
required experience: proven technical experience working with international erp solution including manufacturing, financial management, assets management or purchasing modules.
excellent communication skills in english (speaking, writing and reading) are mandatory
hands-on working experience as an administrator of an international erp solution. experience with higher-education systems would be an advantage.
well understanding of manufacturing, planning, procurement processes. experience in a joint-venture organization would be an advantage.
experience developing integrations, data migrations, cloud products and advanced reports would be an advantage.
knowledge and understanding of project management methodology.
understanding of specification, analysis, and modeling of information systems using common tools (uml, flowcharts, er diagrams, etc.).
strong technical problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
