Key Responsibilities:
? Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
? Purchase and install IT network equipment and devices
? Operate and provide maintenance support in IT network equipment and devices
? Manage WLAN/LAN status and report regularly
? Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams
? Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
? Handle the network issue or tickets within SNOW/BTS for china users.
? Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects

?為中國用戶處理SNOW/BTS內(nèi)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題或票務(wù)。
?與其他全球IT團隊合作，實施/執(zhí)行變更請求，并支持內(nèi)部IT項目

Technical Qualifications:
? 5 years of related work experience
? Experience in operation and configuration of different OEM network devices (Cisco switch / Router / Firewall /wireless/Cisco ISE,/Fortinet.)
? In-depth understanding the TCP/IP protocols.
? Familiar with ip networking, L2/L3 Protocol,spanning tree, static/dynamic routing,DHCP, DNS, VLAN ,arp etc.
? Familiar with Cisco wireless and ISE, and VPN
? Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
? Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
技術(shù)資格：
?5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
?不同OEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備（思科交換機/路由器/防火墻/無線/思科ISE、/Fortinet）的操作和配置經(jīng)驗
?深入了解TCP/IP協(xié)議。
?熟悉ip網(wǎng)絡(luò)、L2/L3協(xié)議、生成樹、靜態(tài)/動態(tài)路由、DHCP、DNS、VLAN、arp等。
?熟悉思科無線和ISE以及VPN
?具有良好的人際交往能力，較強的口頭和書面溝通能力
?具備網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷、監(jiān)控和分析工具的基本經(jīng)驗
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in network projects for 3 years
? Cisco centificate CCNP or CCIE, or equal ability
? Experience in providing supports to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center
? Experience in IDC, Rack, UPS/Battery, Cooling (CRAC), Power Cabling, FMS, etc.
首選資格：
?3年以上網(wǎng)絡(luò)項目經(jīng)驗
?思科CCNP或CCIE證書，或同等能力
?為履行/交付/客戶服務(wù)中心提供支持的經(jīng)驗
?IDC、機架、UPS/電池、冷卻（CRAC）、電源布線、FMS等方面的經(jīng)驗。
