What you will do
Reporting to the Finance Director (APAC Retail), the position for Finance Leader for China Retail, is responsible for all aspects of Business Planning, Analytics and Reporting to ensure delivery of business objectives and financial results for the APAC Sensormatic Solutions Vertical Business Unit of Johnson Controls.

How you will do it
61 Leads the preparation and submission of long-range plan, annual plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly/weekly outlook, monthly ops review, weekly secured/revenue/SINC/Collection tracking, and ad-hoc requirements
61 Early engagement with business on mid/large-sized deals to provide recommendations on financial and commercial aspects, to optimize top-line, margin, and cash objectives
61 Lead China Retail projects and activities to drive finance effectiveness and improve efficiency. Examples include automation, simplification, leveraging on technological tools where possible and relevant
61 Works with Controllership and FCOE organization to ensure smooth month end closing and accurate/timely financial reporting within prescribed deadlines
61 Leverage on CRM (E3 Salesforce) to support and assist business in forecast, pipelines etc.
