Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- 負責(zé)解決生產(chǎn)車間生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的技術(shù)問題、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題；
- 負責(zé)工藝檢查（焊接工藝）和過程審核；
- 配合過程開發(fā)工程師進行檢具能力、設(shè)備能力等調(diào)查，以及生產(chǎn)過程的驗證和放行；
- 協(xié)助過程開發(fā)工程師完成樣品的生產(chǎn)，包括但不限于所有激光焊接過程的FEMA、控制計劃、流程圖、工裝清單、檢具清單、程序清單、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)、工序圖、防錯清單等工藝文件的接收、理解、執(zhí)行、更新和維護;
- 負責(zé)批量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中涉及上述工藝文件、資料等的接收、發(fā)放、更改、替換及相關(guān)人員的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)；
- 完成部門經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù).
- Responsible for resolving technical and products quality issues occured in the production workshop;
- Responsible for processe inspection(welding process) and process audit.
- Cooperate with process development engineer to conduct the capabilities surveys for tools and equipment etc., as well as verify and release the production processes;
- Support process development engineer in completing the prototype production, including but not limited to the receiving, understanding, execution, updating, and maintenance of all documents for laser welding process, such as FEMA, control plans, flowcharts, tooling lists, fixture lists, program lists, work instructions, process
diagrams, prevention list etc.
- Responsible for receiving, distributing, modifying, replacing for all of relevant process documents, providing training and guidance to people involved in the production process.
- Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.

Your Skills and Strengths
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機械相關(guān)或焊接專業(yè)；
- 1年以上制造行業(yè)激光焊接方面的工作經(jīng)驗, 能熟練操作Auto CAD, Solidwork, UG等繪圖軟件；
- 良好的英語溝通能力；
- 良好的溝通能力.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical related or welding.
- Above 1 year of work experience in laser welding in the manufacturing industry, be able to use drawing software such as AUTOCAD, Solidwork, UG, etc.
- Good English skill ( Speak, Write, Read).
- Good communication skill.
