Position Overview:
The Senior Product Specialist, Portfolio is a key role responsible for managing and optimizing the product portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and market demands. This senior-level position involves complex projects, providing strategic insights, and working cross-functionally to drive product success. The role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market trends, and portfolio strategy.

Ideal Candidate:
?Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and driving portfolio performance.
?Excellent project management skills, with experience in and executing complex projects.
?Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
?Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
?The role needs responsible to industry sensor strategy reporting (60% work loading) and new energy sensor business develop (40% work loading).
?Lead HSS China STRAP and AOP. Conduct market intelligence research and industrial/segment study, and come up with compelling business plan
?Support manager to improve marketing functional excellence and MOS,other ad hoc management reporting.
Portfolio Management: Lead the management of the product portfolio, including performance tracking, analysis, and optimization. Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio value and drive business growth.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute portfolio strategies. Contribute to long-term planning and strategic decision-making based on market trends and business objectives.
Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure effective management of product development, launches, and phase-outs.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs. Use insights to inform product strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with R
