工作職責(zé) Job description：
1. 制訂年度設(shè)計(jì)師渠道整體規(guī)劃的目標(biāo)和政策，戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)公司合作規(guī)劃 / Formulate the target and policies of the annual designer channel, strategic design company cooperation planning ；
2. 運(yùn)營(yíng)和維護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)師合作的小程序平臺(tái)和設(shè)計(jì)師帶單系統(tǒng) / Operate and maintain the mini program platform for designer cooperation and the designer business system；
3. 策劃和執(zhí)行具有全國(guó)影響力的設(shè)計(jì)師活動(dòng)來提升設(shè)計(jì)師圈層的影響力 / Plan and execute designer activities with national influence to enhance the influence on the designers’ circle；
4. 提煉設(shè)計(jì)師合作模式，協(xié)調(diào)和賦能銷售大區(qū) / Refine the designer cooperation model, coordinate and empower sales clusters；
5. 開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)師工具，用設(shè)計(jì)師喜聞樂見的方式幫助設(shè)計(jì)師解決家電設(shè)計(jì)中的難點(diǎn) / Develop tools to help designers solve the difficulties in home appliance design；
6. 執(zhí)行總部戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)師的拜訪和關(guān)系維護(hù) / Implement HQ’s strategic focus on the designer's visit and relationship maintenance。
專業(yè)資質(zhì)要求 Professional Requirements：
1. 本科及以上，市場(chǎng)、設(shè)計(jì)、管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 / Bachelor's degree or above, Marketing、Design、management and other related majors;
2. 英語(yǔ)6級(jí)以上，口語(yǔ)流利 / CET-6 or above English fluent;
具備3年及以上家具、建材行業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)師合作的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) / With 3 years and more relevant work experience in designer cooperation of furniture
