Experienced Product Engineer for new product development of high speed mixed-signal IC from initial objective spec to mass production. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Co-work with design engineer and test engineer to develop product test plan/solutions of new high speed product;

協(xié)同IC設(shè)計(jì)和測(cè)試工程師制定高速產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試計(jì)劃和測(cè)試方案；

2. Support product characterization and qualification: Characterization/Correlation/ESD/LU/Reliability Qual. and continuously enhance yield and improve quality of devices in mass production.

產(chǎn)品的特性化驗(yàn)證和可靠性鑒定（完整的特性化表征/測(cè)試驗(yàn)證/靜電測(cè)試/栓鎖測(cè)試/可靠性鑒定等），并持續(xù)維護(hù)、提高產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)的良率和質(zhì)量；

3. Collaborate with internal team for engineering sample support and delivery.

協(xié)同內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保工程樣品的按時(shí)交付；

4. Engage in solving all issues meet internal or external to improve the product quality across the product lifetime.

介入解決產(chǎn)品生命周期中面臨的各種內(nèi)部或外部問題，以提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；

5. Support on products/process subcon (fab/bumping/assembly/test.etc) transfer.

1. Master degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Bachelor degree with 5 years’ experience in job offered or related position also
accepted;

2. NPI experience of high-speed IC such as SerDes/DDR/PCIE and digital-analog mixed chip and SOC chip is specially preferred.

3. Familiar with high speed and mixed signal SOC product characterization

4. Familiar with ATE testing, processing DFT/DFM and data analysis ability is necessary;

熟悉ATE測(cè)試，有DFT/DFM和數(shù)據(jù)處理分析的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

5. Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude;

良好的責(zé)任心和積極向上的工作態(tài)度；

6. Experience of low yield analysis and quality issue solving for new products;

具備低良率數(shù)據(jù)分析和質(zhì)量相關(guān)問題的處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

7. Experience of managing sub-contractors at different locations.

具備與各地外包商協(xié)作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

8. Proficient in the use of various test instruments, including but not limited to high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.

9. Good communication and teamwork skills;
