Responsibilities
? Develop traffic plan to ensure EC traffic and sales target completion
? Collaborate with our media partner for EC paid media planning and buying by a strong and agile media matric planning and continuous optimization
? Monitor traffic dashboard and highlight critical metrics and relevant action required to accelerate EC business
? Analyze and identify trends across online consumer journey, providing insights and recommendation to drive earned traffic and sales
? Plan and deliver EC big campaigns and monthly thematic activation to drive both sales and brand penetration
? Drive platform initiated big campaigns/projects such as category captain, category day
? Implement monthly thematic activation with brand team
? ISV project support: co-work with ISV to analyze AIPL consumer journey to support business development
Requirements
1. Understand both paid, owned and earned traffic in EC environment, proven track record of performance media planning
2. Experience in media agency or FMCG/Home electronics industry experience is a plus
3. Creative thinking and data driven mindset
4. 4 years working experience
