Role Purpose Statement:
CI Supervisor leads the plants to promote and build CI culture and system, including but not limited to CI concept promotion, training, system implementation and facilitation on CI culture building in site.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor or above, major in IE, mechanic, enterprise management is preferred.
2. 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing, engineering and relevant areas, sound experience in first line.
3. Be familiar with lean production, CI tools and methodology such as Six Sigma, KAIZEN, TPM, 6S etc.
