Role Purpose Statement : The Sustainability Execution Coordinator works collaboratively with EA Sustainability Execution and Commercial Teams, local logistic execution to develop, coordinate, and promote effective sustainability certification initiatives and programs. Responsibilities include educating the local team about sustainability, process improvement and enhancement sustainability sourcing and new trade flow development and GHG enhancement performing research about sustainability and sustainable sourcing reporting. Main Accountabilities: Implementation and maintenance of certifications and ensure successful audits performance related to sustainability schemes and local regulations (ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS , National schemes) Internal coordination of the ISCC tasks within Bunge China with the authorization to report any non-compliances without delay to the affected management. Implementation of new or modified legal and standard requirements for ISCC trading Control and update of the internal ISCC procedure. Management and control of the content of ISCC sustainability statements, proofs issued by Suppliers and also by Bunge China. Communication with Suppliers in ISCC EU issues, providing guidance on the correct issuing of sustainability documents, answering professional and technical questions concerning data supply. Ensure communication with ISCC and the ISCC Certification Body in terms of ISCC system operation and certification. Review and assessment of data and information supplied by ISCC Suppliers (Traders and Warehouses) with the support of Traders. Performance of internal ISCC audits within Bunge China ISCC suppliers including Traders and Warehouses and to propose, control and corrective actions resulting from audits. Preparation and control of the monthly and quarterly ISCC EU mass balances based on the data supplied timely by the affected units of Bunge China. Preparation and co-ordination of the ISCC management review including proposals for necessary actions. Works with the EA Sustainability Execution Manager focused on sustainability by facilitating and coordinating sustainability initiatives . Identify and implement technology to reduce manual work, automate processes and provide workflow visibility. Education/Experience : Technical expertise with agri-commodity sustainability programs (e.g. ISCC , 2BSvs etc), Experience and desire to work across multiple cultures and cross-functional business environments. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong organisation skills.
