Summary:
Coordinate internal resources management Sub-con to provide power module package/assembly total solutions; include but not limited to module design review, Sub-con assembly process risk assessment, schedule and track NPI activities, mass production readiness review, yield continuous improvement etc.
作為窗口協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源對代工廠對于電源模塊封裝/制造整體解決方案管理;包括但不限于模塊設(shè)計(jì)審查、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估、新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入進(jìn)度追蹤、量產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備、良率持續(xù)提升,等等.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create project milestones of Sub-con, ensuring alignment with product line needs/priorities, and securing stakeholder buy-in;
創(chuàng)建代工廠的項(xiàng)目里程碑,確保與產(chǎn)品線需求/優(yōu)先級保持一致,并確保利益相關(guān)者的認(rèn)同。
2.Coordinate the assembly engineer and Sub-con Eng.team do DFM/TRA review of power module designs;
與工藝研發(fā)工程師和代工廠工程團(tuán)隊(duì)合作對于電源模塊設(shè)計(jì)的DFM/TRA進(jìn)行審查;
3.Co-Work with design team, assembly house, SMT site, material vendor to develop and qualify on new materials and new assembly processes;
與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)、封裝廠、SMT 現(xiàn)場、材料供應(yīng)商合作,開發(fā)和導(dǎo)入新材料和新的封裝工藝;
4.Coordinate with internal team to identify the module package related issues, addresses the root cause and find the solution
通過協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源分析電源模塊相關(guān)問題,解決根本原因并找到解決方案;
5.Sum up the experience of module package design,SMT process and maintain the design rule;
總結(jié)模塊封裝設(shè)計(jì)、SMT工藝和維護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
6.Handling internal or end customer complaints which caused by sub-con
處理因代工廠導(dǎo)致的內(nèi)部或者終端客戶客訴
7.Drive Sub-con to pass the audit based on internal or end customer requirements
推動代工廠按照內(nèi)部或者終端客戶要求通過審核
8.Perform other assigned tasks as needed;
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作;
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Hands on Eng. or project management experience on SMT or OSAT factory
具有在 SMT 或 IC 封裝廠工程或者項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Good knowledge of SMT/Underfill/Mold/Laser marking/Singulation/process
experience
具備一定的SMT、底部填充、塑封、激光打印、分板工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.Experience in power module process development or project management
具有電源模塊工藝開發(fā)或者項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4.Good communication skills with cross-function team and Sub-con
良好的公司內(nèi)部跨部門和代工廠溝通技巧
5.Good command of English in both spoken and written
良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力
6.Bachelor's or master's degree with 5 years project management experience.
本科或者碩士學(xué)歷,5年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
