Job Summary ? This role is responsible for managing the entire department of Greater China Bid Desk team for deal special price management, sales support, developing sales support strategies, and allocating resources while fostering collaboration and a high-performance environment. Develops and executes business support strategies and initiatives aligned with sales goals and overall business objectives. ? Allocates resources, including personnel and budget, to empower the team with the necessary tools and technology. ? Manages Bid Desk team on an operational level and suggests ideas to improve the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency. ? Fosters collaboration and facilitates communication between the Bid Desk team and other departments to optimize cross-functional operations. ? Monitors and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to meet or exceed performance targets. ? Engages with internal and external stakeholders to handle escalations, address issues/concerns, and communicate change updates. ? Manages the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. ? Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development. ?
