Professional problem solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/TPM problems. 8. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status. 9. Training and coaching service technician, regularly evaluation technician. 10. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts. 11.
