Job Descriptions
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting MS FTEs to manage dispatched employee (A-Staff) lifecycle, apply for China government benefits with talent attraction and retention purpose. At the same time, coordinating and administering special employee data requests by the government for legal compliance. This includes but not limits Beijing/Shanghai Hukou application, China Green Card application, local government incentive programs application as well as government special employee data requests coordination with legal compliance.
Major Responsibilities

o Work with the procurement team to set up the hiring process of dispatched employees and making sure the hiring process is always up to date and in compliance with Microsoft External Staff Policy.
o Ensure that every hiring request is reviewed and processed in accordance with the Microsoft Policies and the Chinese Labor Laws.
o Work and coordinate with the Agencies to ensure a smooth dispatched employee recruiting, onboarding, in-employment and offboarding, and other employee lifecycle management.
