What are my responsibilities? 1. Business demand collection and understanding,
provide digital solutions for business diagnosis. 2. Focus on IT system
architecture design and digital top-level planning. 3. Work out digitalization
roadmap and planning based on plant strategy and business requirement. 4. Focus
on platforms development such as MES, SCADA, IIoT in digital production,
quality, logistic, etc. 5. Lead digitalization team to assess and propose
options available for digital transformation. 6. Develop team's knowhow and
competency about digitalization technologies. 7. Shape and lead innovative and
pragmatic programs that translate results into transformation solutions within
the digital area.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Bachelor or above in Computer
Engineering, Information Engineering, Industrial Automation. 2. With good
experience and deep understand the business process in ERP, MES, CRM, PLM area.
3. Be familiar with common databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. 4.
At least 5 years’ experience in platforms development with using mainstream
development language such as Java, C#, PHP. 5. Above 5 years management
experience with leading more than 5 people. 6. Be familiar with industry4.0 and
smart manufacturing. 7. Good written and verbal communication ability in
English.
