一、教師簡介

二、招聘條件

三、薪酬待遇及聘期

1、博士后聘期兩年；

2、博士后年薪33.5萬元左右，含廣東省補(bǔ)助15萬元（稅前）及深圳市生活補(bǔ)助6萬元（稅后），并按深圳市有關(guān)規(guī)定參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)及住房公積金。博士后福利費(fèi)參照學(xué)校員額內(nèi)教職工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放。

1、特別優(yōu)秀者可以申請(qǐng)校長卓越博士后，年薪可達(dá)41.5萬元；（含廣東省及深圳市補(bǔ)助）

2、課題組提供優(yōu)良的工作環(huán)境和境內(nèi)外合作交流機(jī)會(huì)，博士后在站期間享受兩年共計(jì)2.5萬學(xué)術(shù)交流經(jīng)費(fèi)資助；

6、博士后出站選擇留深從事科研工作，且與本市企事業(yè)單位簽訂3年以上勞動(dòng)（聘用）合同的，可以申請(qǐng)深圳市博士后留深來深科研資助。深圳市政府給予每人每年10萬元科研資助，共資助3年；

7、對(duì)于符合最新《深圳市新引進(jìn)人才租房和生活補(bǔ)貼》相關(guān)政策要求的博士后，落戶深圳后，可協(xié)助申請(qǐng)深圳市一次性租房和生活補(bǔ)貼3萬元（免稅，自主網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)）；

salary and benefits

1. a fixed-term appointment funded for two years from date of hire

2. the starting annual salary rate for this position will be ¥330,000（including ¥150,000 province-level subsidy before tax and ¥60,000 city-level subsidy after tax）. the successful candidates will receive the benefits from sustech including subsidy for meals, hot weather, festivals, free body check and other benefits required by the law.
